TBS Electronics — Omnicharge Battery Charger 40A–90A (12V/24V/48V)
Fully programmable, three-output, professional charger
The Omnicharge 12-90, 24-50, 24-80 and 48-40 are fully programmable, automatic battery chargers designed
for professional applications. All models come with advanced charging algorithms, ensuring a long
battery lifetime. The Omnicharge models are compatible with all lead and LiFePo4 based batteries. Up to
6 units can be connected in parallel, realizing charge current levels up to 540A!
The Omnicharge 40A up to 90A models combine new power conversion techniques and the best available parts
with years of power electronics design expertise. The Omnicharge battery chargers are developed to
perform without problems in the most demanding environments. A unique active rectifier output stage
ensures unmatched efficiency figures. Combined with active PFC, the Omnicharge battery chargers are very
energy efficient. This will reduce running costs and guarantees a maximum charge current per AC
Watt.
All Omnicharge battery chargers are equipped with advanced 4 stage charging algorithms and temperature
compensation for optimal battery performance and long lifetimes. Users are also allowed to create a
custom charging algorithm for their specific battery, using the TBS “Dashboard” software. Omnicharge
battery chargers are also suitable to charge Lithium Iron Phosphate (LiFePo4) batteries. The standard
available TBSLink port enables remote control and readout via the optional TBS Remote Controls.
Moreover, the Omnicharge battery chargers are CE certified and come with a 24 months
warranty.
The OC12-90, OC24-50, OC24-80 and OC48-40 models, are equipped with 3 full current isolated outputs,
allowing simultaneous charging of 3 battery banks. Additionally, these models allow up to 6 units to be
connected in parallel, reaching charging current levels of up to 540Amps!
The features and built quality of the Omnicharge programmable battery chargers allow these products to
be used in a wide range of applications. These applications include industrial-, marine- and
recreational vehicle power systems.
